Richard Lederer: Maybe this name doesn’t speak to you. However, certainly names such as Summoning, Die Verbannten Kinder Evas or Ice Ages won’t sound that mysterious, and even stand as references for some. Richard Lederer is taking part to these three mentioned projects, all are active, and both last ones are Richard’s solo projects.
I had a dream once as I was sitting on the balcony at my parent's house in lower Austria . I was watching the forest and the sky, gradually falling asleep. I woke to the vision of a vast forest, lying under a bright moon and a canopy of stars. In this forest, many small fires could be seen, and here and there, people walking amongst them.
People need their drawers and ghettos. There is no way around it. It is up to the artist whether or not he artistically wants to be kept there. Having said that, I must add that it is of course hard to get out of there if an audience has categorised you and your work. It is one of the things you can never fully control. FUCK CHRIST tour was the first ever Black Metal tour that was existing from second generation Black Metal bands and it was a great experience for us to see for first time our abroad how the reborn Black Metal scene was like. Yes a really Black Metal experience from dedicated bands but more important from dedicated fans that did many extrem things during our shows.
